Why Families Choose Eiland
Eiland Dolphins are great D.I.V.E.R.S.: Driven to do my best, Inspire kindness, Valiant learners, and Endeavor for excellence. Those shared commitments show up in every classroom and hallway, creating a welcoming, relationship-driven environment where students feel safe to try, grow, and celebrate progress. Our teachers are ESL certified, bilingual teachers are state certified, and Gifted and Talented teachers are formally trained—a team prepared to meet the needs of diverse learners in our community.

How We Teach—and Why It Works
Learning at Eiland blends clarity, choice, and care. Teachers focus on each student’s academic and social needs through small-group instruction, student choice in reading, and hands-on math and science. Children set personal and academic goals and see their growth over time—turning daily practice into lasting confidence. Our campus also features the district’s only Lu Interactive Playground, a computer-based interactive wall that integrates core content with physical education to make learning active and fun.

Arts, Literacy, and Student Voice
Creativity thrives at Eiland. Students participate in programs that integrate the fine arts with literacy, including percussion, choir, and school-wide art projects. The student-run Dolphin News Network (DNN) builds real-world communication skills as learners plan, produce, and broadcast campus news. Our teachers collaborate on student-produced pieces and reading experiences that become campus displays and exhibits, giving every child a chance to shine.

The Triple AAA Experience
As a proud Klein ISD Triple AAA campus—Academics, Arts, and Athletics—Eiland ensures 100% participation in music and art and 100% participation in physical education. Movement, music, and visual art are part of every child’s week, building healthy habits, creativity, confidence, and school pride alongside core literacy, math, science, and social studies.

Clubs and Leadership for Every Interest
From the spotlight to service projects, there’s a place for every Dolphin to belong: 5th Grade Strings, Choir, Coding Club, Leadership Academy, Name That Book Club, Dolphin Darlings, Dolphin Dynamos, and the Dolphin News Network. These activities help students discover passions, make friends, and practice leadership with caring mentors cheering them on.

Partners in Every Child’s Success
It’s easy to plug in at Eiland through the Parent/Teacher Organization, volunteering, and Parent University. We also center whole-child development—guided by the TEKS and the district Profile of a Learner—with a campus counselor supporting academic, personal, and career growth for every student.
